IDA Executive Leadership Retreat

The IDA Executive Leadership Retreat is a deep dive intensive program that brings together a cohort of CEOs and Executive Directors from within the place management profession. The retreat will focus on essential practices for leaders to effectively navigate up, down and across organizational silos. Over the course of the week, leaders will have the opportunity to network and create valuable peer support systems.

Prior to the workshop, the facilitators will survey participants and tailor the sessions to address areas of interest. From the highest-level, executive standpoints, these sessions will focus on building trust by providing effective feedback and critiques, using new technologies effectively, motivating and working well with diverse employees, providing a range of perspectives on executive level leadership, and gaining understanding and “buy-in” from teams. Participants will have opportunities for practice, feedback, and questions.
